Cream Cheese Danish

2 packages crescent rolls
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg white

Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Unroll 1 package of crescent rolls and place in the dish. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla extract; spread on the rolls. Unroll the remaining package of rolls and place on top of mixture. Brush with egg white. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Cover with glaze.

For glaze:

1 tablespoon melted margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar

Combine margarine, vanilla and sugar. Add enough milk to make the mixture spreading consistency and drizzle the glaze over the Danish.
