Inside S'mores Dip

Chocolate chips
Large and small marshmallows
Graham crackers, to serve

     Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 2 to 4 tablespoons butter in an oven-proof dish, enough so the bottom is coated when melted. Melt in oven. Carefully remove dish with an oven-safe mitt. Drop in chocolate chips. Top with marshmallows. Return to the fully heated oven; cook for about 10 minutes, until marshmallows are fully melted. Turn heat to broil, and carefully place dish about 6 inches from broiler. Broil for 30 seconds to 1 minute, watching through the oven door for signs of marshmallows turning brown. Remove from heat. Use graham crackers as scoops for s’mores dip.


Cold weather is no reason to forego the ooey-gooey goodness of s’mores. Just bring the party inside.
