Orange Glazed Pork or Chicken

1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon light olive oil
Juice of 1 large orange
Pork or chicken

Combine all of the dry spices until well blended. Add olive oil and orange juice. Use as a marinade on pork or chicken. Grill as desired.
